Entrust Visuals is committed to providing a safe space to all of our guests. We adhere to certain policies to benefit you and our valued photographer and stylist. The following booking policies are intended to enhance everyone’s experience with us.​

Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest.​

LATE/TARDY:

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten your service.​

There is a late fee after 15 minutes of tardy. After 30 minutes, your session will be cancelled with the deposit remaining nonrefundable.

RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATIONS:

    A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve all sessions and events. This retainer secures your date and time and will be applied toward your final balance. If you need to reschedule, at least 48 hours’ notice is required for weddings/events and 24 hours’ notice for all other sessions. With sufficient notice, your retainer may be transferred to a new date within 60 days (subject to photographer availability). Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the retainer and may be subject to additional fees at the photographer’s discretion. No-shows or cancellations within 3 hours of the scheduled start time are considered a forfeiture of the entire session fee. All retainers are non-refundable under any circumstances.

PAYMENTS:

At the time of booking, a deposit is required but you are welcomed to pay the full balance. The full balance is due the day of the photo session prior to the start of shooting. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Zelle/Apple Pay. We do not accept Cash App.

STUDIO RENTAL:

The studio is under 4k surveillance at all times and is expected to be left at the condition that it was found with all equipment in its proper placement. Please be mindful that you are responsible for all damages to the studio and its equipment whether done by you or your guest. A total of 2-4 guest are the maximum number of guests allowed in the studio at a time so please book accordingly. Rental only convers the backdrop stands and paper, there will be a fee for any other equipment usage.

WEDDINGS / EVENTS:

Once you've booked your event session, please access our website (http://www.entrustvisuals.com/services) to submit an Events Form to provide details of the event. 

If the event starts late, you will be charged in full for their scheduled session, but will receive an abbreviated, pro-rated session. For example, if you scheduled a 1-hour session and start 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45 minutes for your session.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY POLICY:
We do believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality during their photo session and image sharing. Client lists and email lists are confidential. We do not share our client lists with outside companies.
